关于IPIP项目丨Background Of IPIP Project
IPIP项目位于印度尼西亚东南苏拉威西省科拉卡县波马拉镇，印尼国土局批准规划总面积9384.1公顷。园区旨在依托当地丰富的镍钴等能源金属矿产资源，提出“打造从资源开发到全锂电材料的一体化产业链”的发展目标。园区于2022年荣获印尼政府支持，列入印尼国家战略项目（PSN），是印尼政府重点发展的国家级项目，并被列入浙江省省级境外经贸合作示范区。
The IPIP Project is situated in PomalaaTown, Kolaka Regency, Southeast Sulawesi‑Province, Indonesia, with an approved total planned area of 9384.1 hectares issued by Indonesia’s National Land Agency. Relying on local abundant mineral resources such as nickel and cobalt, the industrial park aims to build an integrated industrial chain covering resource exploitation and full‑range lithium‑battery‑material manufacturing. Backed by the Indonesian government, the park was designated as one of Indonesia’s National Strategic Projects (PSN) in 2022. It is a key national‑level project and also recognised as Zhejiang Provincial Overseas Economic and Trade Cooperation Demonstration Zone.
2024年11月，园区开始建设施工，12月份对生产区域开始场平工作。园区规划了生产区、生活区、电厂、码头、公辅设施五大功能区，其中一期规划高压酸浸湿法冶炼、火法、前驱体、锂盐、正极材料等生产项目，并计划在2030年建成从矿山到电池材料再到电池回收的锂电池闭合产业链。
Construction of the industrial park kicked off in November 2024, and site‑levelling work for the production zone commenced in December. Five functional zones are planned: production zone, residential zone, power plant, harbour terminal and public auxiliary facilities. Phase‑one projects include HPAL hydrometallurgy, pyrometallurgy, cathode precursor, lithium salt and cathode‑material production. A closed‑loop lithium‑battery industrial chain from mine exploitation and battery‑material production to battery recycling is scheduled for completion by 2030.
华友钴业、淡水河谷和福特汽车三方联合，共同投资建设的波马拉矿区高压酸浸项目（KNI项目），计划年产12万吨镍金属量。项目受到印尼政府高度关注，印尼前总统佐科·维多多出席签约仪式并致辞。目前，项目已进入建设阶段，预计2026年年底投产。
The Pomalaa Mine HPAL Project (KNI Project) is jointly invested and constructed by Huayou Cobalt, Vale and Ford Motor, with an annual nickel‑metal output of 120,000 tons. This high‑profile project draws great attention from the Indonesian government. Former Indonesian President Joko Widodo attended the signing ceremony and delivered a speech. Now the project is under construction and is expected to be officially put into operation by the end of 2026.
友诚管道供货情况丨Fulfillment Overview
该工程的管廊用防腐钢管材料项目，由中国交通物资集团中标，沧州友诚管道科技有限公司作为国内的管道工程供货商进行供货。该工程涉及到的管廊用防腐焊接钢管涉及到几十个规格的防腐直缝焊接钢管2万余米、多种防腐工艺以及配套的数千个管道配件。
The anti‑corrosion steel pipe supply for the pipe‑rack project was won by China Communications Materials Group. Cangzhou Youcheng Steelline Technology Co., Ltd. acts as the domestic supplier for the pipeline works. The anti‑corrosion straight‑welded steel pipes for this pipe‑rack project cover dozens of specifications, with a total length of over 20,000 meters, multiple anti‑corrosion technologies and thousands of matching pipe fittings.

出口钢制管道以及管道配件，和国内很重要的区别，就是货物的包装。尤其是产品规格种类较多的合同。该项目要求不同规格钢管以及管件都有严格的针对性的包装要求，涉及到的包装类型包括木箱包装、框架包装、U型架包装、托盘包装等。每个规格的产品都要按照包装要求，一对一打包运输。
Packaging stands as a major distinction between domestic‑use and exported steel pipes and fittings, especially for contracts with numerous product specifications. This project imposes strict customized‑packaging standards for pipes and fittings of different sizes. Available packaging solutions include wooden cases, frame packages, U‑rack supports and pallets. Goods of every specification are packed and transported separately in accordance with requirements.
     The project contains more than 2400 anti‑corrosion steel pipes, which need over 240 truck‑loads for shipment. All products are required to be manufactured and delivered to the port within one month, which thoroughly tests the enterprise’s capacity in production arrangement, quality control and supply‑chain coordination. We set up a special 30‑member project team. Dedicated staff take charge of every procedure: steel‑plate procurement, pipe manufacturing, rust removal, anti‑corrosion treatment, quality inspection, welded support fabrication, packaging, port docking and shipment. Full‑time management guarantees on‑time delivery with qualified quality and sufficient quantity.
