01 项目背景｜Project Background

该项目是一项海外新型能源储存技术试验工程，主要围绕特殊环境下的能源储存与利用开展技术研究。项目对配套钢结构及管道产品的制造精度、结构强度和防腐性能提出了较高要求，对产品的定制化生产及质量控制能力也有严格要求。

This overseas pilot project focuses on the research and development of advanced energy storage technologies under challenging environmental conditions. The project requires high standards of manufacturing precision, structural strength, and corrosion resistance for its supporting steel structures and piping systems, placing strict demands on customized fabrication and quality control.

02 项目供货｜Customized Steel Fabrication

2026年8月底，沧州友诚管道科技有限公司正式签订项目合同，我司承担了该项目Φ2500大口径防腐螺旋钢管及配套钢制结构组件的定制加工任务。

Cangzhou Youcheng Pipeline Technology Co., Ltd. undertook the customized fabrication of Φ2500 large-diameter anti-corrosion spiral welded steel pipes and associated steel structural components for the project.

产品采用Q355C材质，根据客户提供的技术图纸进行深度加工，涉及支撑结构、加强筋板、法兰及盲板等部件的制作与焊接，同时完成外壁防腐涂装、316L不锈钢铭牌定制及出口运输防护。

The Q355C steel pipes and components were fabricated according to the client’s engineering drawings, including structural supports, reinforcing stiffeners, flanges, and blind plates. The scope also covered external anti-corrosion coating, customized 316L stainless steel nameplates, and protective measures for export transportation.

成品加工与装运

与常规螺旋钢管供货不同，这套组合件设备计划应用于约100米深的海底环境，对结构承压能力、焊缝质量及防腐性能提出了极为严格的要求。

Unlike conventional spiral welded steel pipe projects, this assembly is designed for subsea use at a depth of approximately 100 meters, requiring stringent control of structural pressure resistance, weld quality, and corrosion protection. Its manufacturing and inspection requirements approach those applied to pressure vessels.

其制造工艺及质量检验的严谨程度，已接近压力容器类设备的质量控制要求。我们为该订单制定了ITP监检计划，客户委派第三方检验机构SGS对螺旋焊缝、角焊缝进行现场超声检测，并对螺旋钢管、法兰、盲板以及吊耳等进行全物理尺寸测量。

We developed a dedicated Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) for this order. The client appointed SGS, an independent third-party inspection agency, to conduct on-site ultrasonic testing of spiral and fillet welds, as well as comprehensive dimensional measurements of the spiral welded steel pipes, flanges, blind plates, and lifting lugs.

本次项目不仅考验制造能力，更考验供应商对复杂技术要求的理解与执行能力。在合作前期，友诚管道与客户技术代表深入沟通设计图纸、结构细节及焊接工艺，并高效完成三维立体模型及ITP检验试验计划，为后续制造和全过程质量控制提供了明确依据。

This project required not only manufacturing capabilities but also a thorough understanding of complex technical requirements. During the early stages, Youcheng worked closely with the client’s technical team to review engineering drawings, structural details, and welding procedures. The team also developed 3D models and an Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) to guide manufacturing and quality control.

项目执行期间，海外业主代表专程来到中国，对首件产品进行现场检验，首件产品顺利通过客户检验。 同时，SGS持续驻厂监督，确保各项工作按照客户技术要求及检验计划执行。

During production, representatives of the project owner traveled to China to inspect the first completed component, which successfully passed the client’s on-site inspection. SGS also maintained on-site supervision throughout manufacturing, welding, corrosion protection and coating inspections to verify compliance with the project’s technical requirements and inspection plan.

04 项目难点｜15天工期下的复杂制造与严格检验Manufacturing Challenges-Complex Fabrication Under a 15-Day Deadline

15天完成全部制造任务，其中仅复杂焊接就占用了十余天。 这是本次项目面临的最大挑战。

The entire manufacturing process had to be completed within 15 days, with complex welding alone taking more than ten days. This was the project’s greatest challenge.

从原材料备板、Φ2500大口径防腐螺旋钢管制造，到支撑结构、法兰、盲板及大量加强筋板的焊接，再到外壁防腐加工，全部制造工作必须按期完成。真正制约进度的并非钢管本体制造，而是繁重的结构焊接工作，以及所有管道和管件均须按项目要求接受无损检测的严格规定。

The project covered steel plate preparation, Φ2500 spiral welded steel pipe production, extensive structural welding, and external anti-corrosion coating. The main challenge was not pipe manufacturing itself, but the demanding welding workload and the requirement for all pipes and fittings to undergo specified non-destructive testing.

为保障工期，友诚管道增加加工工位，优化焊接与检验工序，组织多个环节同步推进，SGS全程驻厂监造。项目团队坚持完成一件、检验一件，在确保质量的前提下推进生产。最终，全部制造按期交付，相关检验项目均顺利通过。

To meet the deadline, Youcheng expanded fabrication workstations, optimized welding and inspection procedures, and coordinated multiple operations. SGS provided continuous on-site supervision, while components were inspected progressively as fabrication proceeded. All manufacturing work was completed on schedule, with the required inspections successfully passed.

完成制造及检验后，项目采用散货船运输。友诚管道按照要求对产品两端进行毛毡包覆保护，并与客户协调船期及装运安排。目前，该批Φ2500大口径防腐螺旋钢管及定制组件已完成装船，进入国际海运环节。

Following manufacturing and inspection, the oversized components were prepared for breakbulk shipping. Protective felt was applied to both ends of the products, while Youcheng coordinated vessel schedules and shipment arrangements with the client. The Φ2500 anti-corrosion spiral welded steel pipes and customized components have now been loaded onto a vessel for international shipment.
