2026年10月19日，友诚管道承接的东帝汶海上打桩钢管出口项目顺利发运。本次项目供货Φ508和Φ813厚壁螺旋钢管，采用FBE防腐。从技术方案确认、生产制造到质量检测、装车发运，友诚管道按照项目要求推进各项工作，顺利完成本次供货任务。

On October 19, 2026, Youcheng Pipeline successfully dispatched a shipment of steel pipes for an offshore piling project in Timor-Leste. The project involved the supply of Φ508 and Φ813 heavy-wall spiral welded steel pipes with external fusion-bonded epoxy (FBE) coating.From technical specification confirmation and manufacturing to quality inspection, loading, and shipment, Youcheng Pipeline carried out each stage in accordance with the project requirements, successfully fulfilling its supply obligations.

01 项目启动｜技术方案确认与合同签订

Project Initiation | Technical Specifications Confirmation & Contract Signing

2026年7月底，友诚管道正式签订东帝汶海上打桩钢管供货合同。本次项目共涉及共5000米厚壁FBE螺旋钢管，合同约定工期55天。

In late July 2026, Youcheng Pipeline officially signed a steel pipe supply contract for an offshore piling project in Timor-Leste. The project involved a total of 5,000 meters of heavy-wall FBE-coated spiral welded steel pipes, with a contractual delivery period of 55 days.

项目前期，客户最初提出采用ASTM A252 Grade2标准的螺旋钢管。结合项目实际使用需求，友诚向客户提供了Q235B材质资料，并就材料性能及替代方案进行了技术沟通。

During the initial project discussions, the customer specified spiral welded steel pipes conforming to ASTM A252 Grade 2. Considering the project’s intended application, Youcheng submitted Q235B material documentation and discussed its mechanical properties and suitability as an alternative material with the customer.

Following a joint review and confirmation of the technical documentation, the customer approved Youcheng’s proposed Q235B material solution, establishing a clear technical basis for subsequent manufacturing and project execution.

02 生产制造｜严格控制质量，45天完成成品下线

Manufacturing | Strict Quality Control & Production Completed in 45 Days

合同签订后，友诚迅速组织原材料准备与生产排期。本批钢管主要用于海上打桩工程，客户对钢管壁厚、焊缝质量及防腐加工均提出了明确要求。生产过程中，友诚严格控制钢管尺寸，按照项目要求确保壁厚无负偏差，并对全部钢管逐根进行X射线探伤检测，严格把控焊缝质量。

Following contract signing, Youcheng promptly arranged raw material preparation and production scheduling. As the pipes were intended for marine piling applications, the customer specified requirements for wall thickness, weld quality, and corrosion protection. Throughout production, Youcheng maintained strict dimensional control to meet the requirement of no negative wall-thickness tolerance. Every pipe underwent X-ray radiographic testing (RT) to ensure strict weld quality control.

对成品进行物理测量管径壁厚

在外防腐加工环节，本批产品采用FBE环氧粉末防腐工艺，客户对涂层厚度及覆盖范围均有严格要求，特别提出钢管全长防腐，包括管端坡口部位。友诚按照确认的技术要求组织加工，重点做好管身与管端的涂层施工及质量控制。

During the external anti-corrosion coating process, this batch of steel pipes was treated with Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) powder coating. The customer specified strict requirements for both coating thickness and coverage, particularly requiring full-length coating, including the beveled pipe ends.

Youcheng carried out the coating process in accordance with the agreed technical specifications, with particular attention to coating application and quality control on both the pipe body and beveled ends.

防腐层厚度的监测

通过各生产工序的协调配合，全部防腐螺旋钢管在约45天内完成制造，比原定工期提前完成成品下线，为后续运输及船期安排争取了时间。

Through effective coordination across the production processes, all coated spiral welded steel pipes were manufactured in approximately 45 days, completing production ahead of the agreed schedule and allowing additional time for transportation and vessel scheduling.

03 发货前验收｜客户现场检验，签字确认后放行

Pre-Shipment Inspection | On-Site Verification and Final Sign-Off

在产品完成生产、正式发运之前，客户代表专程来到友诚管道生产现场，对本批出口东帝汶的FBE厚壁螺旋钢管进行发货前验收。

Before shipment, the customer’s representatives visited Youcheng Pipeline’s manufacturing facility to conduct a pre-shipment inspection of the heavy-wall FBE-coated spiral welded steel pipes destined for Timor-Leste.

此次验收并非简单地查看成品外观。客户对钢管生产工艺表现出浓厚兴趣，围绕双面埋弧焊为什么采用双焊丝焊接、厚壁钢管如何保证焊缝熔透、钢管管端坡口如何加工及控制尺寸精度、FBE防腐前如何进行表面处理等技术问题，与现场技术人员进行了深入交流。友诚管道结合实际生产流程，对相关工艺原理及质量控制措施逐一进行了说明。

The inspection went beyond a visual examination of the finished products. The customer showed considerable interest in the manufacturing process and engaged in detailed technical discussions with the on-site team. Topics included why a tandem-wire configuration is used in double-sided submerged arc welding (DSAW), how adequate weld penetration is ensured in heavy-wall pipes, how pipe-end bevels are machined and dimensional accuracy is controlled, and how steel surfaces are prepared before the application of external fusion-bonded epoxy (FBE) coating. Youcheng Pipeline’s technical team explained the relevant manufacturing procedures and quality control measures in detail.

对客户提出的问题进行专业讲解

在实物检验环节，客户对Φ508、Φ813两种规格的钢管分别进行抽样检查，使用测量工具核验钢管实际壁厚，同时检查FBE防腐工艺及成品防腐质量，确保产品符合双方确认的技术要求。

During the physical inspection, the customer conducted sampling inspections of both Φ508 and Φ813 steel pipes. Measuring instruments were used to verify the actual pipe wall thickness, while the external FBE coating process and finished coating quality were also examined to confirm compliance with the technical requirements agreed upon by both parties.

经过现场技术交流与实物抽检，两种规格的钢管均顺利通过客户验收。客户完成验收签字确认（Sign-off），正式同意产品放行发运。

Following the technical discussions and physical inspections, both pipe sizes successfully passed the customer’s acceptance inspection. The customer completed the formal inspection sign-off and authorized the products for shipment.

对于出口项目而言，先验收、后放行、再发货，不仅是严格执行合同要求，也是客户对产品制造质量的一次直接检验。

For export projects, inspection first, approval second, and shipment last is not only a matter of fulfilling contractual requirements but also a direct verification of manufacturing quality by the customer.

04 装车发运｜细节防护，保障产品运输质量

Loading & Shipment | Careful Protection to Ensure Product Quality During Transportation

成品下线后，项目进入运输组织与船期协调阶段。事实上，早在报价期间，为配合客户的运输需求，友诚业务人员就先后提供了四版运输方案，针对运输方式、装载安排及相关成本反复核算和调整，力求使方案更加符合项目实际需求。

After production was completed, the project moved into transportation planning and vessel scheduling. In fact, during the quotation stage, Youcheng’s sales representative had already prepared four versions of the transportation plan, repeatedly reviewing and adjusting transportation methods, loading arrangements, and associated costs to better meet the project’s actual requirements.

实际装车过程中，友诚重点做好防腐螺旋钢管外防腐层的保护。起吊时使用吊装带，车辆承载部位铺设草垫，两侧插杠包裹毛毡布，减少钢管与硬质部件的直接接触。同时，在钢管外壁绑扎麻绳进行防护，管端配备管帽，并在吊装带上附有唛头，便于后续货物识别。

During loading, Youcheng paid particular attention to protecting the external coating of the spiral welded steel pipes. Lifting slings were used for handling, straw mats were placed at contact points on the transport vehicles, and the side stakes were wrapped with felt to minimize direct contact between the pipes and hard surfaces. In addition, protective hemp ropes were secured around the pipes, pipe-end caps were fitted, and shipping marks were attached to the lifting slings to facilitate cargo identification during subsequent handling.

防腐钢管装运的保护措施

这些措施旨在减少吊装、装车及运输过程中可能产生的磕碰、摩擦和挤压，尽可能保护成品防腐层的完整性。经过后续运输及船期协调，10月19日，本批防腐螺旋钢管顺利发运，启程前往东帝汶。

These measures were designed to minimize impact, abrasion, and compression damage during lifting, loading, and transportation, helping preserve the integrity of the finished coating. Following transportation arrangements and vessel scheduling, the shipment was successfully dispatched for Timor-Leste on October 19.

05 合作背后｜从短暂的等待到最终的信任

回顾整个项目，除了生产与交付，还有一段经历让业务人员印象深刻。生产期间，业务人员按时汇报生产进度，将现场拍摄的钢管生产照片发送给客户。然而，消息发出后，客户连续几天没有回复。对于已经投入生产的出口订单，这样的沉默难免让人忐忑。

Looking back on the project, one experience stood out beyond manufacturing and delivery. During production, Youcheng’s sales representative regularly reported progress and shared on-site photographs of the steel pipes with the customer. However, after one such update, several days passed without a response. For an export order already in production, the unexpected silence naturally caused some concern.

尽管心中有所担忧，友诚并没有因此打乱生产计划，而是继续按照合同要求推进各项工作。对于客户而言，将这样一批定制钢管交给供应商生产，需要充分的信任；对于友诚而言，回应这份信任最实际的方式，就是认真履行约定，把每一个环节落实到位。

Despite these concerns, Youcheng maintained its production schedule and continued fulfilling its contractual obligations. For the customer, entrusting a supplier with an order of customized steel pipes on this scale required considerable confidence. For Youcheng, the most meaningful way to honor that trust was to fulfill its commitments and ensure that every stage of the project was properly executed.
