Haidong Chaoyangshan district heating Phase II — PU pre-insulated pipe DN150–DN600

PU Pre-insulated Steel Pipe for the Chaoyangshan District District Heating Project, Haidong, Qinghai Project Background The Chaoyangshan District centralized district heating project in Haidong is a key project implemented to improve heating conditions for residents of the Chaoyangshan district and to upgrade the city's infrastructure level. The project has a total designed heating area of 2.5216 million m², with Phase I covering 778,900 m² and Phase II covering 1.7427 million m². The heating scope mainly covers the administrative district of Haidong, bounded by Beichen North Road to the north, Tuanjie Road to the south, Rixin Street to the east, and Fanrong North Street to the west, implemented in two phases. Main construction scope: approximately 3.6 km of Phase II heating network, a 200 m² office building, interior renovation of the heat exchange stations for the municipal and district CDC and the boiler house, and partial renovation of the court heat exchange station.

About the Supply The PU pre-insulated steel pipes supplied by Youcheng Pipeline for this project cover DN150/DN200/DN250/DN300/DN350/DN400/DN600, together with matching pre-insulated elbows, reducers, tees, and other fittings. Contracts were signed in phases and deliveries made in batches in line with the construction schedule. All supplies for the project have been fully delivered and have passed acceptance inspection.
