Project Background
In March 2025, Hangjinqi Banner officially launched the 2024 renovation program for old residential compounds in full swing, aiming to improve residents' quality of life and revitalize these aging communities. The program covers 13 old residential compounds with a total floor area of about 865,100 square meters, benefiting 8,611 households. The renovation is comprehensive, covering infrastructure upgrading, environmental improvement and functional enhancement. On the infrastructure side, the construction teams upgraded water, power and heating pipe networks as well as roads, addressing pain points in residents' daily lives. At the same time, by optimizing the layout of community greenery and adding waste-sorting facilities, a fresher and more comfortable living environment has been created. Each construction zone has closely adhered to the three core principles of "safety, quality and civilized construction", steadily advancing key steps such as material delivery, inspection and acceptance, protective hoarding, and paving and hardening, striving to build a "reassuring project" that residents can trust. Thanks to close coordination among the relevant departments and the persistent efforts of the construction teams, the renovation has been progressing steadily as planned. Across all contract sections, a total of 11,748 meters of sewage mains, over 20,000 meters of branch sewers, over 5,000 meters of heating pipe networks, 1,908 inspection chambers, 12,148 meters of water supply + fire-fighting lines, 136 inspection chambers (water supply + fire-fighting), 74 septic tanks, 16,728 meters of strong-current conduits, 26,786 meters of weak-current conduits and 456 inspection chambers (weak-current) have been completed.
Supply Details
As the supplier for the heating pipeline renovation of this project, Youcheng Pipeline was responsible for securing the supply of PU pre-insulated steel pipes: DN800 pre-insulated pipes with a total length of over 5,000 meters, together with various pipe fittings. The supply contract was signed in early August 2025. With the freezing season in Inner Mongolia fast approaching, the schedule was extremely tight. We coordinated the supply capacity of upstream raw material suppliers and adopted priority production scheduling plus overtime work, ensuring that all goods were delivered to the construction site before September 15, so that the site crews could complete the installation of all pre-insulated steel pipes before the ground froze.
